These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Tattoo House LLC services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Tattoo House LLC may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include:
• Marketing messages: promotional offers, special events, new services announcements
• Non-marketing messages: appointment confirmations, booking reminders, consultation follow-ups
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of message you consent to receive.
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in through our website form, you authorize Tattoo House LLC to send text messages to your mobile number. You may choose to opt in to:
• Marketing messages only
• Non-marketing (transactional) messages only
• Both marketing and non-marketing messages
• Neither (you can still submit the form without SMS consent)
Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
3. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 475-746-0105. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
4. Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again by submitting a new form on our website and checking the appropriate consent boxes.
5. Help and Support

6. Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
Marketing messages: You will receive approximately 2-4 messages per month with promotional offers and updates.
Non-marketing messages: You will receive approximately 2-5 messages per appointment (confirmation, reminder 24 hours before, reminder 1 hour before, and follow-up after your session).
If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
7. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Age Requirement
